IKO國際風箏衝浪組織訓練課程表

IKO(International Kiteboarding Organization)


國際風箏衝浪組織自2001年開始致力於風箏衝浪的訓練體系與制度的建立,並建立起一套完整的教學認證制度,目前在全世界38國有超過130個經過IKO認證的風箏衝浪訓練中心。此外IKO並設有18人的教學認證考官,並驗證通過超過3000人的風箏衝浪教練,且超過40000人接受過IKO的教學課程。


IKO教學認證課程分成三階段:Discovery(探索),Intermediate(中級),Independent(獨立)。
以下分述三階段課程內容

Discovery(探索)

Kiteboarder Level 1 on land (2 -4 hours):

風箏衝浪者第一階段(陸上練習):2~4小時

Level 1A

Know safe wind directions and conditions for kiting

了解風箏的風向及安全狀況

2. Know hazards on a spot

了解玩點的潛在危險

3. Set up a trainer kite

 安裝訓練風箏

4. Know the use of safety systems

了解如何使用安全系統

 

Level 1B

1. Have basic flying skills with trainer kite

 利用訓練風箏訓練基本飛行技巧

2. Launch and land the trainer kite with an assistant.

 由教練陪同起飛與降落訓練風箏

3. Twist and untwist the lines while flying the kite.

 風箏飛行時扭轉及穩定箏線

4. Walk and change directions while flying the kite

 風箏飛行時行走且轉換方向

5. Know the wind window

了解風窗(風箏力區範圍)

 

Level 1C

1.Set-up a 4/5 line kite with a full de-power system

 安裝四線/五線的風箏以及相關的洩力裝置

2.Pre- flight check equipment and settings

 飛行前裝備與設定檢查

3.In flight check equipment and settings

 飛行時裝備與設定檢查

4.Understand and use the international communication signals

了解並使用國際溝通手勢

5.Launch and land the kite to an assistant and as an assistant (4/5-line de-power kite)

由教練陪同起飛並降落四線/五線風箏

 

Level 1D

1.Control the kite hooked into the harness

 控制風箏勾住掛勾衣

2.Understand the de-power system and can use the safety systems

了解洩力系統及使用安全釋放系統

3. Advanced flying skills with the de-power kite

使用可洩力風箏進行進階飛行技巧

4.Show full control of de-power systems in flight

展現完全控制洩力系統在飛行時

 

Level 1E

1.Pull quick release and activate leash

快速拉掉釋放線

2.Recover the bar and kite

練習回收握把及風箏

3.Self land

自行降落

 

Intermediate(中級)
 

Kiteboarder Level 2 in the water (6 - 8 hours):

風箏衝浪者第一階段(水中練習):6~8小時

Level 2F

1.Enter and exit the water independently and safely while controlling the kite.

能夠獨立且安全的進出水中在控制風箏時

2.Water re-launch the kite.

水中重起飛

3. First body drag downwind.

控制身體往下風處拖水

4.Maintain correct kite position in the wind window.

維持風箏在正確的風箏力區範圍

5.Change direction to the left and right while body dragging.

練習換邊身體拖水

7.Recover the kite and bar in the water.

在水中練習收回握把

 

Level 2G

1.Upwind body drag to recover board.

頂風拖水以撿回板子

2.Upwind body drag holding the board with one hand.

 頂風拖水並以單手抓住板子

3.Enter and exit at the same point while upwind body dragging.

頂風拖水下水點原點來回

 

Level 2H

1.Know the power stroke for a water start.

了解上板的力道感覺

2.Know the safety rules and theory for water start.

了解上板的安全規則與理論

3.Can put the board on the feet and maintain the correct position for water start.

將腳置放在板上並維持板子正確的風向

 

Level 2I

1.Water start in both directions and ride a short distance.

 能雙邊上板並前進一小段距離

2.Come to a controlled stop.

能夠控制停止

3.Understand weather forecast, tidal- and wind effects.

了解氣象預報,潮汐與風的影響

4.Determine the wind strength, direction and quality.

判斷風的強度,風向與品質

5.Know the right of way rules.

了解正確的航行規則

6.Know equipment set up and choice according to the weather conditions.

能夠依照氣候狀況選擇裝備設定

 

Independent(獨立)

Kiteboarder Level 3:

 

Level 3J

1.Control the riding speed by edging.

利用板緣控制速度

2.Consistent riding in both directions.

雙向穩定地航行

 

Level 3K

1.Consistent riding in all directions including upwind.

 各方向的穩定航行且包括頂風航行

2.Ride amongst other riders and water users and respect right of way rules.

在水域航行遇到其他玩家及水上運動者遵守航行規則

 

Level 3L

1.Change of direction without stopping.

 變換方向不需停止

2.Self- rescue and full pack-down in the water.

水中自我救援

 

Level 3M

1. Risk assessment and awareness of the riding area.

航行區域的風險評估與認知

2.Self launch.

獨力起飛

 

Level 3N

1. Make a toe side turn.

 練習趾邊轉彎(TOE SIDE JIBE)

2.Knows the theory and the safety rules for jumping.

了解跳躍的理論與安全規範

3.Land a basic jump.

基本跳躍安全降落
